Capitalized terms not specifically defined here will have the same meaning designated to them under our Terms of Service.

  • Your email address and password - when you Sign Up directly on the SITE (without using any Social Media accounts).
  • Your Name and email address - when you sign in using your social media account and upon your specific consent.
  • Your Etheruem wallet address - when you provide your Ethereum wallet address on the SITE.


We do not collect any Sensitive Personal Information relating to topics such as confidential medical facts, racial or ethnic origins, political or religious beliefs or sexuality.

You may have the opportunity to create a profile, which consists of information about you, and may include personal information, photographs, examples of your work, information on work previously performed via the Service and outside the Service, skills, hourly pay rates, income from the SITE, feedback/rating information and other information, including your username (“Profile”). D. When and with whom do we share your Personal Information
Your personal information will not be shared with any third party except as mentioned here:
  • When Bleumi is required by law to share the information in situations such as
    • when We suspect a violation of the Terms
    • co-operating with law enforcement agencies in response to any judicial order
    • co-operating with an investigation on matters related to public safety, illegal activities, suspected fraud, threats to the physical safety of any person, etc., as may be permitted by law.
  • With the following third parties on a strictly need to know basis, solely for providing services about the SITE:
  • Employers registered on the SITE if you are a Freelancer and have created a profile on the SITE. We share information regarding Freelancers working on an Employer project, including information in workstream and work history, with Employers. Note that if a Freelancer is suspended from using the Services, we may share that information with Employers for whom that Freelancer has worked or applied for work. If you choose to apply for work as a Freelancer, we will share information relevant to your application with the applicable Employers, including, but not limited to, the information contained in your Freelancer Profile.
  • With Freelancers registered on the SITE, if you are an Employer and have made a specific Job posting. If you have entered into a service contract with a Freelancer, we may provide him/her with your name or company address, to complete the transaction or to facilitate the resolution of a claim or dispute. The Freelancer receiving your information is not allowed to use it for purposes unrelated to the Service Contract, such as to contact you for marketing purposes, unless you have expressly consented to it.
  • We may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of our assets, including your Personal Information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation or sale of assets (including, in each case, as part of the due-diligence process with any potential acquiring entity) or in the event of bankruptcy. You will be notified via email and a prominent notice on our website of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your personal information

Transfer of Information

If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, We transfer Personal Information to the United States for processing. The information collected in connection with the SITE may be processed and stored, in any country where We engage service providers, where the data protection laws may be different from that applicable in the United States of America or that of the country where you reside. You may register to join the Service directly via the SITE or by logging into your account with certain third party social networking services Google, Facebook, Twitter or GITHUB, (“SNS”) via the SITE. If you choose to register via an SNS, and once you provide consent, we will use the Personal Information you have provided to the SNS (such as your “real” name and email address you make publicly available via the SNS) to create your account. The information we extract may depend on the privacy settings you have with the SNS. The Personal Information an SNS has about you is obtained by the SNS independent of our Service, and Bleumi is not responsible for its accuracy, legality, or non-infringement.

You represent that you are entitled to use your SNS account for the purposes described herein without breach by you of any of the terms and conditions that govern the SNS, and without obligating Bleumi to pay any fees or making Bleumi subject to any usage limitations imposed by such SNS.

This Site is not directed to persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 16.
