Fee Structure on BlockMyTalent

BlockMyTalent charges ONLY a sliding fee in Ether (aka Ethereum) or stablecoins (that are pegged to the US Dollar) for payments executed on our platform. This sliding fee is based on the users lifetime billings (in US Dollars) on our platform.

• Fee for Employer
  • 5.00% for lifetime billings between $0.01 and $1,000
  • 2.50% for lifetime billings between $1,000.01 and $10,000
  • 1.25% for lifetime billings above $10,000
  • Lifetime Billings - Total amount paid by the Employer (to any Freelancer) through our platform from the date of Sign Up.

• Fee for Freelancer
  • 5.00% for lifetime billings between $0.01 and $1,000
  • 2.50% for lifetime billings between $1,000.01 and $10,000
  • 1.25% for lifetime billings above $10,000
  • Lifetime Billings - Total amount received by the Freelancer (from any Employer) through our platform from the date of Sign Up.
